L'Oréal EverPure Repair & Defend System Voxbox

The description below was taken from the L'Oreal Website:

EverPure Repair & Defend™ is our first sulfate-free color-care system for damaged, color-treated hair. Formulated with our exclusive Antioxidant Complex – Acai, Goji and a UV filter – our system helps repair damaged hair while protecting from daily color aggressors. Hair is stronger, more resistant and helps color stay pure wash after wash. No Sulfates. No Parabens. No Harsh Salts.

The complete 4 step system (Shampoo, Conditioner, Mask, Leave-in).

Hair Expertise: EverPure Repair & Defend Shampoo

I have frizzy, curly, color treated hair and after a single wash my color hasn't faded or felt dry at all. My hair feels clean and refreshed after washing it with this shampoo and it smells good.  The consistency is thick and creamy and lathers really well. My curls felt hydrated and still looked great. I love that it is vegan, free from sulfates, animal cruelty free and free from parabens.

Hair Expertise EverPure Repair & Defend Conditioner

This has to be my favorite product from the EverPure Repair & Defend system.  I enjoyed the minty smell and my hair was noticeably smoother and softer after just one wash. Its thickness makes my hair feel soft using just a little bit and without weighing it down. I was impressed with how a little went a long way. I was actually able to run my fingers through my hair and how my hair untangled easily. I really enjoyed this product and will be buying it again after I run out of it.

Hair Expertise: EverPure Repair & Defend Mask

This product claims to repair damaged hair, preserve color and make hair stronger.  Since I have color treated and damaged hair I can say that this mask made it feel softer which I like. However, the scent was a bit overpowering and somewhat medicine-y. I would prefer a more subtle scent. After using it a few times, I really didn't notice any significant difference. Overall it's an OK product, however I would not buy it again as I have seen better results with other products.

Hair Expertise: EverPure Repair & Defend Lotion

This leave-in treatment does a good job of making my hair look smoother overall. I am not a fan of the scent, for me is a bit strong and not too feminine. The lotion is a bit thick for my liking and not sure if it really repairs. What I really like though is that it keeps my hair from being frizzy or greasy.

Overall, my hair color haven't fade and my hair feels softer and stronger. My hair is noticeably softer and shinier. I've been using this system it for about two weeks and I'm happy with the results so far. I have seen significant improvement already using the shampoo and conditioner since I started using this system. If I have to say one thing I didn't like about the product was the type of bottle the shampoo and conditioner were packaged in. The mask and the lotion were not my favorites and I stopped using them after two uses.

Disclosure: I was lucky enough to receive this product, along with the entire EverPure hair care set (including shampoo, conditioner, hair lotion, and hair mask) this complimentary from Influenster for testing purposes.
